Welcome to those of you who have just joined the Islands’ Partnership, and to those of you who are in the process of renewing your membership, thank you for doing so.
I am writing to invite your attendance at the eighth Annual General Meeting of the Islands’ Tourism and Business Partnership.
The meeting will naturally provide the Board and the Executive with an opportunity to report on their activities over the past year and will deal with the usual matters of finance and governance.
The AGM will also be an opportunity for members to hear from members of the Islands’ Partnership’s team including Nick Bond who will update those present on IP’s strategic priorities for the year ahead as well as marketing, PR and cultural strategy updates from Amanda Bond, Victoria Bond and Jeremy Brown.
Where and When?
The AGM will take place online on the Zoom meeting app on Thursday 15th October 2020. The meeting waiting room will open at 10.50am, with the formal meeting agenda commencing at 11am. Meeting registration details will be issued before the meeting.
To ensure that all our members can participate, members will upon request be able to appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote on their behalf. Information on how to appoint a proxy is included in the supporting papers.
